The data is only seen by you and ourselves except for your address which is also seen by the end user. No other party has access to any other information and no photographer can see any other photographer's data, commissions, personal details usernames or passwords.

We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Information which is posted between forms is encrypted by a 128bit encrypted SSL (Secure Server/Secure Certificate)

Should you choose to discontinue with our services, we have the right to destroy your online account up to 30 days after your notice.

Your data also makes up our accounting records and is therefore held offline for up to 7 years. This data is held at our offices in Portslade, East Sussex. Our offices are protected by a security alarm and we take all reasonable efforts to make the premises and your details as secure as possible.
